Information We Collect

Sahayavaani (operated by Yuva Samaja Nirmana) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal details of our community members, donors, and grievance submitters. We collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Identifiable Information: Name, phone number, email address, physical district, and profile picture during registration.
  • Grievance Records & Evidence: Written logs, voice recordings, document copies, and photos uploaded as proof to solve cases.
  • Payment Transaction Data: Secure transaction tokens, transaction IDs, and settlement values. We do not store complete raw credit card details or net banking credentials on our servers.

How We Use Your Data

We use the gathered information purely to provide, improve, and secure our social service offerings, including:

  • Allocating district staff and legal experts to investigate and coordinate your case with local administrative authorities.
  • Processing secure donations, billing statements, and generating digital membership certificates or identity cards.
  • Sending essential transactional updates, OTP verification codes, and organizational notices via SMS (through MessageNow) and email.

Data Protection & Security

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data transmission. All uploaded grievance attachments and case logs are stored securely, with access restricted strictly to authorized advocates, district administrators, and program directors.

We will never sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to third-party commercial marketing platforms. Data is only shared when legally demanded by state law enforcement agencies or when explicitly authorized by you for administrative arbitration.
