Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sahayavaani (administered by Yuva Samaja Nirmana), we greatly appreciate your generosity and financial support toward social reform, grievance relief, and legal advocacy in Karnataka.

As a registered social service platform, all voluntary contributions, donations, and charity fundings are deployed immediately to fund dynamic ground actions, litigation support, and active campaigns. Therefore, voluntary donations are non-refundable once processed.

If you have paid registration fees for annual organization memberships or special identity card programs and wish to cancel your enrollment, you may request a refund under the following terms:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of the successful payment transaction.
• Any refund requests made after 7 days will not be entertained as administrative and identity card printing assets are initiated instantly.
• To initiate a refund, please send a mail containing your full name, mobile number, Transaction ID, and proof of payment to refunds@sahayavaani.com.

Once your cancellation request is received and verified by our internal compliance team, approved refunds are routed directly to the original payment source (UPI, net banking, or debit/credit card account).

Please note that it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your banking statement, depending on your bank's clearings or standard Razorpay settlement procedures.
