By processing a payment, you warrant that you are authorized to use the credit/debit card, net banking account, or UPI handle provided. All contributions are subject to our Refund Policy.

Sahayavaani acts as a digital support desk to connect marginalized citizens with professional legal advocates, community leaders, and district administration staff.

While we make every effort to assist and coordinate resolution within 15 to 30 days, we do not guarantee specific outcomes for constitutional representation or government administrative actions. Users must provide authentic documents and factual evidence when logging grievances.

Yuva Samaja Nirmana / Sahayavaani and its trustees, directors, or employees will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from administrative decisions made by public authorities.
